We only accept returns for products that are incorrect or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product. We will arrange a reverse pickup or require you to send the item to our address. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days the returned item is approved by our team.
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for products other than those that are incorrect or damaged.
You may cancel your order if you contact us before it is dispatched. Orders canceled after dispatch may incur a charge.
